PACKING AND SHIPPING All shipping charges listed within are for continental U.S. only. Cost beyond these boundaries are handled on an individual basis. Any C.O.D.s or air shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are listed throughout this catalog on individual items, shipping cost on multiple items, or large orders may be greatly reduced. As a guide - on orders of $150.00 or more, 8% shipping is usually adequate.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE We ship daily (Monday-Friday). Depending on the time of day your order is received, it is shipped that day or the following day.

RETURNS All returns must be in "as received," new condition and accompanied by a copy of original invoice. - Within 30 days - no restocking charge, - 31-60 days, with prior approval plus a 20% restocking charge. - 61 days and beyond, no returns.

BACK ORDERS Although we keep a large inventory of most items, we may occasionally have to back order. We are dependent on numerous U.S. manufacturers to supply you these quality products. Occasionally demand exceeds production limits.
